About the event

A cosy evening of focaccia and tiramisu making from scratch.


At this workshop you’ll learn how to make and proof a same-day focaccia dough, between proofs and folds we'll be making a tiramisu.


There will be a grazing board of home made focaccias and dips to keep everyone fed throughout.


By the end, you’ll have a large loaf of focaccia that will be ready to bake at home, plus a full freshly made tiramisu as well as a set of baking and making instructions to continue your focaccia and tiramisu journey.
