A legal disclaimer
Bookings
Written/email confirmation is required from the client for all bookings. Bookings are finalised only when Pasta Ferrazza has received a completed booking form and the deposit, and Pasta Ferrazza has confirmed the booking in writing/email.
Deposits and Payments
Clients are required to pay a non refundable deposit to confirm the booking date. The balance will be required to be paid no later than 21 days prior to the event. If the booking is within 21 days of the event then the full payment amount will be required.
Damaged and lost equipment
The client is responsible for all hired equipment, during the course of the event. Broken, lost or damaged equipment/linen will be charged at full replacement costs.
Insurance
Pasta Ferrazza confirms that they have and will maintain sufficient Public Liability Insurance for events of the nature of the booking.
Menus and prices
Menus and prices are correct at the time of being sent out with your enquiry, please note these may change between the enquiry and your event if it is a long period of time between. All menus may be amended at short notice, subject to availability.Menu choices must be confirmed no later than 28 days before the event.Pasta Ferrazza will endeavour to provide suitable adaptations to the Clients menu for any guests with special dietary requirements or allergies. We cannot however take responsibility for any guests unless advised in advance.We accept no liability for any food supplied to the Client by another caterer (or food products suppliers by the Client themselves) in addition to those arranged by Pasta Ferrazza.Prices are subject to change without any notice based on the increases in cost prices from suppliers, fuel, and changes to economic climate. If needs be we may have to review the menu chosen.
Clients Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of the Client to confirm and provide the correct information to Pasta Ferrazza about the booking details. Such as, correct date & times, correct venue address and contact detail and final guest numbers (Which are required 21 days prior to the event)
Cancellation
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing and charges are as follows: Cancellation 15 banking days or more prior to the event loss of deposit only Cancellation 14 banking days or less prior to the event - loss of 50% of total event charge.Cancellation 4 banking days or less prior to the event -total amount of event charge to be paid.
Changes in numbers
Once you have given us the number of guests this is what we will cater for.If the number of guest change within 21 days of the event date then we will still charge for the original amount of guests given
Miscellaneous and force majeure
Pasta Ferrazza will endeavour to deliver your requirements at an agreed time. We cannot be held responsible for abnormal traffic conditions or vehicle breakdowns outside of our control, leading to delayed deliveries. We ask that you are at the venue 15 minutes before the agreed time for food delivery unless arranged beforehand for the food to be left in a safe place.Whilst Pasta Ferrazza makes every possible effort to ensure that you have a wonderful event, we cannot be held legally responsible for external suppliers or for occurrences beyond our control.Pasta Ferrazza can supply a mobile kitchen for functions such as marquee events. Sufficient power, water supplies and parking must be provided at the venue by the client. If the venue is unable to accommodate the mobile kitchen, then it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that an adequate catering tent/kitchen with a sufficient power and water supply, together with cooking equipment and trestle tables for food preparation is made available.On accepting our services you, the client, accept our terms and conditions.
