Refund Policy

At Pasta Ferrazza, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality, small-group pasta-making classes, dining events, and experiences in Cheshire and Warrington. Because our class spaces are limited and ingredients are purchased in advance, all class tickets are non-refundable once booked.

However, we understand that plans can change.

You may request to transfer your booking to another available class or date up to 14 days before the start of the course.

To arrange a transfer, please contact us at pastaferrazza@gmail.com with your booking details and preferred new date.

If your request is received fewer than 14 days before the scheduled class, we regret that we cannot offer a transfer or refund, as preparation and staffing costs will already have been committed.

In the rare event that Pasta Ferrazza must cancel or reschedule a class, you will be offered a full transfer or credit towards a future session.
